Shop the Recipe: Ćevapi Night
Ćevapi — Bosnia's beloved grilled sausages and the heart of any roštilj. Everything you need for ćevapi night at home, the way it's done back home.
How it's done: Grill the ćevapi over high heat, 3–4 minutes a side, until charred outside and juicy within. Tuck 5–10 into warm lepinja (flatbread) with a thick smear of ajvar, raw chopped onion, and a spoon of kajmak. Roasted red peppers on the side, a little BBQ seasoning on everything.
Good to know: fresh ćevapi are in-store pickup only (San Jose & Alhambra). The ajvar, roasted peppers, and seasoning ship nationwide.
