Do you offer substitutions if an item is out of stock?
If an item is unavailable, we may substitute a similar item unless you request no substitutions in your order notes.
Can I add notes to my order?
Yes β add notes at checkout (examples: "green bananas", "no substitutions", "call on arrival for pickup").
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver locally from both store locations β San Jose (serving the South Bay) and Alhambra (serving the greater LA area). See Delivery & Pickup for service areas and rates.
What if I'm not home?
Add delivery instructions at checkout. If the driver can't complete delivery, we'll contact you to coordinate next steps.

Where do I pick up my order?
We have two pickup locations:

How do I pick up my order?
Wait for the "Ready for pickup" message, then go to the front counter with your name/order number.
