Heritage: Rinkuškiai Brewery has been one of Lithuania's established craft producers, working in the broader Baltic strong-beer tradition that runs from northern Poland through the Baltic states. The Werewolf label draws on Baltic folkloric tradition for a robust strong beer with deep color and pronounced malt character.
Tasting notes: Deep dark color with a tan head. Pronounced roasted malt and dark-bread aroma. Full-bodied palate with rich complexity and a long warming finish.
Pairing: Serve at cool cellar temperature. Excellent with smoked sausage, hearty Baltic stews, dark rye bread, or aged hard cheese.
