Marmarabirlik, a Turkish olive-growers' cooperative running since 1954, dry-cures these size-S black olives (291-320 per kilo) with no preservatives, packed 800g (28.2oz / 1.8lb). Rinse briefly and serve at room temperature, drizzled with olive oil alongside sliced tomato and cheese. They belong on the same board as kajmak and a strong Turkish coffee.
