This is Dr. Oetker Gelfix Super, a 3:1 gelling powder (1000g fruit to 350g sugar per sachet), two sachets to a 50g (1.8oz) box, made by Dr. August Oetker KG of Germany. Stir one sachet into 1000g of fruit and 350g of sugar and boil to set your jam. Spread the finished jam on warm somun the way it's eaten back home.
