Khimprodukt Nevinskiye Uksusy — Russian pickling-grade acetic acid. Russian-tradition concentrated pickling vinegar at home-preserving strength — not a table vinegar, a brine-builder for the autumn cucumber jars and the fermented cabbage crock. Dilute heavily before use, mix into the brine for marinovannye ogurtsy, build the cure for solyonye pomidory (Slavic pickled tomatoes), or stir into the pickling liquid for the Russian household's winter pantry. Read the label, dilute properly, respect the strength.
