Heritage: Žatec — Saaz in German — is the historic hop-growing region of northwestern Bohemia and home to the Saaz hop, one of the four "noble" European hop varieties prized for their aromatic-bitter balance. The brewery's alcohol-free expression delivers the classic pale-lager profile through a careful low-alcohol process, designed for designated drivers, lunchtime breaks, and anyone who wants the Czech beer experience without the buzz.
Tasting notes: Bright pale gold. Clean Saaz hop nose with floral and grassy notes; soft malt base. Crisp light palate with the classic Czech pils balance and clean dry finish.
