A single small sachet stabilizes the homestead batch of šljivovica, višnjevača, jabukovača, or fruit liqueur as it ages.
Tasting notes: Fine white crystals. Sharp sulphurous note when opened — the active preservative compound. Not for direct consumption; dissolves cleanly in must, juice, or wine.
