Stir slowly into boiling salted water for the kačamak with kajmak and bijeli sir on top, set firm and slice for grilling beside grilled sausage, layer with smoked meat for the Serbian palenta plate, or serve beneath a hearty pasulj stew the household ladles over the soft grain.
