Vina Čoka Black Stallion — a semi-sweet Serbian red from the Vojvodina vineyards along the Tisa river. Soft, juicy, gently sweet; an approachable bottle for guests who don't drink dry.
Heritage: Vina Čoka has been making wine in the Northern Serbian town of Čoka since 1903, in the flat-lands of Vojvodina between the Tisa and the Hungarian border — a region where central European and Balkan winemaking traditions converge.
Tasting notes: Deep ruby color. Ripe red-fruit aroma with a touch of plum. Round, lightly sweet palate; clean fruit finish.
Pairing: Serve lightly chilled. Excellent with grilled ćevapi, pljeskavica, sarma, or as an aperitif on its own.
Pack: 750ml glass bottle. Store upright in a cool, dark place; consume within a few days of opening.
