Made by Viba Sweets GmbH in Schmalkalden, Germany, this Schicht-Nougat layers sugar, 35% roasted hazelnuts, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, and soy lecithin into a 75g (2.6oz) bar; contains hazelnuts, milk, soy, may contain peanuts, tree nuts, and gluten. Keep it away from heat and moisture, then unwrap and eat straight from the bar. It pairs naturally with a small cup of Turkish coffee after dinner, the way many diaspora tables still do it.
