Tai Tau of Lithuania makes this bar from cocoa mass sourced from Arriba, Ghanaian, and Grenada cocoa beans, cocoa butter, sugar, and rapeseed lecithin, at least 82% cocoa solids, 100g (3.5oz); may contain traces of peanuts, hazelnuts, gluten, and milk. Break into squares and let each piece melt slowly rather than chewing it. Serve it after ćevapi with a cup of Turkish coffee to close out the meal.
