Tai Tau of Lithuania makes this bar from cocoa mass and cocoa butter sweetened with erythritol instead of sugar, at least 70% cocoa solids, 100g (3.5oz); may contain traces of hazelnuts, milk, and wheat gluten. Eat a square or two — the package notes that eating too much can have a laxative effect, so pace yourself. A square goes well with a small cup of Turkish coffee after dinner.
