Steinhauer Danube Vegetable Salad Preserve, Bulgarian Style 670g (23.6oz)
Steinhauer Danube Vegetable Salad — Bulgarian winter-preserve jar. Mixed Bulgarian vegetables slow-cooked into a soft spread-and-fork preserve — the Sofia-pantry hedge against February. Spoon onto rye toast at breakfast, anchor a mezze board beside sirene and olives, fold into a sandwich layer, side a bowl of bob chorba. The Bulgarian household standard between the harvest jars and the spring market.
