Stark Menaž Cooking Chocolate — the dark baking bar Balkan kitchens have reached for since the Yugoslav era. Pure cocoa-forward chocolate that melts smoothly into glazes, fillings, and the hot-chocolate drinks every grandmother made by hand.

Heritage: Menaž is Stark's dedicated baking line — built for the Balkan home cook who makes torta, krempita, and the dark-chocolate glaze that finishes a Reform cake. Stark has been milling cocoa in Belgrade since 1922, and the Menaž recipe traces straight to that long lineage.

Serving: Chop coarse and melt over a double boiler for ganache or glaze; grate into a torta batter; whisk into warm milk for traditional hot chocolate.
