Podravka Kraski Vrat Smoked Dry Pork Neck, Croatian Cured Meat (Variable Weight)
Croatia's holiday-table smoked pork neck. Boneless pork collar gently smoked until the red meat turns soft and ceremonial — a centerpiece for Easter and Christmas spreads. Slice thin and serve with horseradish and rye bread, or warm gently and plate alongside potato salad.
