Misko Macaroni No. 5, Greek Pasta 500g (1.1lb)
Misko Macaroni No. 5 — Greek long-tube pasta for pastitsio. The long thick tube cut from Misko's Greek pasta house — the No. 5 gauge that anchors the pastitsio bake, designed to hold up under béchamel and meat sauce in the oven. Layer with cinnamon-spiced meat and béchamel for the classic Greek pastitsio, toss with browned butter and kefalotyri, or pair with a slow lamb tomato sauce for the Athens-style Sunday plate.
