Melissa Fides Vermicelli Nests, Greek Pasta 250g (8.8oz)
Melissa Fides Vermicelli Nests — Greek thin-noodle bird's-nest pasta. The thin vermicelli nests from Melissa's Greek pasta line — pre-coiled bundles that drop into hot stock and become the rice-and-vermicelli pilaf base for the Levantine and Greek table. Toast in olive oil, simmer in broth with rice for pilafi, stir into chicken-and-lemon soup at the end, or fold under a stewed-chicken plate for the diaspora-Greek Sunday lunch.
