Kraš Griotte Pralines — whole sour cherry in liqueur, sealed inside a dark chocolate shell. The classic Balkan after-dinner praline; sophisticated, slightly boozy, the dessert that ends the meal.
Heritage: Griotte pralines are a long-running Kraš line — the sour cherry (griotte / višnja) and dark chocolate pairing is a Central European tradition that Kraš made its own out of Zagreb (where the brand has been operating since 1911). A fixture on Balkan holiday tables.
Why we love it: The cherry stays intact in the syrup-liqueur center, the chocolate shell is properly dark to balance the sweetness, and each praline is a small, complete dessert in itself.
