Kraš of Zagreb, Croatia (baking since 1911) makes this cooking chocolate from sugar, cocoa mass, and cocoa butter with at least 43% cocoa solids, 300g (10.6oz); may contain almonds, wheat gluten, milk, hazelnuts, and peanuts. Break into pieces and melt for baking, or eat a square as-is. Keep a bar on hand next to the Turkish coffee for an after-dinner square, or melt it for a cake to go with the Sweet House torte in this batch.
