Kraljic Family's Bujrum burek layers spinach and cheese in filo dough, following a traditional Bosnian recipe, frozen and packed at 400g (14.1oz). Bake from frozen at 200°C for 5-7 minutes, or microwave at 750W for 3-4 minutes. Back home it's often served with a spoon of kajmak on top, alongside a strong Turkish coffee.
