Heritage: The Rahovec valley has been Kosovo's primary wine region since the medieval era, with vineyards producing both indigenous and international varietals. The Exclusive Reserve tier in Kosova Wine's lineup denotes the producer's flagship bottlings, with extended cellar attention, select-vineyard sourcing, and additional aging to develop full Cabernet complexity.
Tasting notes: Deep ruby color. Concentrated blackcurrant and dark cherry on the nose with a hint of cedar and dried herb. Full-bodied palate with refined tannins and a long structured finish.
Pairing: Decant before serving at cellar temperature. Excellent with grilled steaks, lamb dishes, hearty stews, or aged hard cheese.
