Kandit of Osijek makes this baking bar from sugar, cocoa mass, and vegetable fat with a minimum 43% cocoa solids, 200g (7.05oz); contains milk and soya, and may contain almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, eggs, and gluten. Chop and melt it for glazes, ganache, or any recipe calling for cooking chocolate. Reach for a box of Dr. Oetker's pudding mix from the same baking shelf to round out the recipe.
