Jolly Therry Smoked Cheese — Romanian smoked cheese in the 340g (12oz) format from Jolly, anchored in the Carpathian smokehouse tradition where pasture cheese carries fire-curing through hardwood smoke. Smoke-bronzed exterior, rind-golden, fat-glossed body — the smoke imparts both color and the campfire-savory flavor that defines Romanian smokehouse cheese. Slice for the roštilj plate, layer onto warm pljeskavica off the grill, pair with lukanka or kulen on a mezze plate, or fold into a sandwich with black bread and mustard. The smoked register makes this distinct from the bare Cascaval cluster (Jolly Dalia Cascaval, Jolly Rucar) — same producer family, different cure. Cooking-grade as well as table-grade: melts into mămăligă topping, takes well to pohovan breaded-fried slices.
