Grandma's Perogies Potato & Mushroom Pierogi 907g (2lb)
Grandma's Potato & Mushroom Pierogi — Polish Lenten Posna classic. Potato and forest-mushroom filling in the Polish-Ukrainian pierogi tradition — the Lenten-week (Posna) standard when meat is off the table. Boil until they float, then pan-fry in butter with caramelized onion. Finish with smetana, fresh dill, and cracked pepper. The Orthodox-fasting-week diaspora rescue meal.
