Gavrilović of Petrinja, Croatia fills this 50 g (1.8 oz) tin with its finely minced tea pâté, named for the Central European custom of savory spreads at teatime — there is no tea in it, only the recipe generations swear by. Spread it cold on fresh white bread or warm somun. Add Podravka ajvar and TUC crackers and the whole meza board is done.
