Heritage: Malvazija Istarska is the signature white grape of Croatia's Istrian peninsula, a unique local clone of the broader Malvasia family that produces wines with characteristic almond, citrus, and saline-mineral character. The Festigia line denotes a premium estate-tier expression from the peninsula's red-and-white soil appellations.
Tasting notes: Pale straw with green hints. Delicate citrus and white-flower aromatics with a hint of almond and saline minerality. Medium-bodied palate with bright acidity and a long mineral finish.
Pairing: Serve well chilled. Excellent with fresh Adriatic seafood, prosciutto and Paški sir, light pasta, or as a refined aperitif.
