Dr. Naturi Organic Buckwheat Groats, Russian 800g (1.8lb)
A bowl of buckwheat kasha next to the main dish was a fixture at the Russian family table, plain and unshakeable through generations. Made by Soyuzpishcheprom in Chelyabinsk, Russia, this 28oz (800g) bag contains only buckwheat groats; the allergen statement on the package is partially illegible. Boil in water until tender and serve as a side. Pair it with a bag of Klas Geršla Pearl Barley to round out the grain shelf.
