Heritage: Dunja — quince — is one of the most distinctive Balkan orchard fruits, traditionally distilled in family stills across the plum belt from late autumn through winter. Dostojna sources from choice orchards across the central Serbian plum-and-quince belt, bottling at premium tier to honor the rakija tradition.
Tasting notes: Light golden hue. Pronounced quince aroma with floral and honeyed notes. Silky palate with gentle warmth and a long aromatic finish.
