Cozonac was the sweet bread that showed up every Easter and Christmas, sliced thick with swirls of walnut and raisin inside. This Boromir Cozonac has a walnut cream and raisin filling made from wheat flour, sugar, 9% sourdough, 6% walnuts, 5% raisins, sunflower/rapeseed oil, butter, whole milk powder, cocoa powder, soy lecithin, and yeast; contains wheat, walnuts, milk, and soy, and some walnut shell fragments may remain despite careful sorting. Keep it in a dry, well-ventilated place away from sunlight, and slice to serve. Serve a slice with Turkish coffee the way it's done after a big Sunday lunch.

COZONAC with 35% walnuts and raisins filling, made with free-range chicken eggs.
