Balkan Farms makes this cheese from sheep's milk in the Sar Planina style, packed 400g (14.1oz) per tub; contains milk. Keep refrigerated between 32°F and 47°F, and slice or crumble to serve. Serve it alongside kajmak and warm somun for a proper Balkan breakfast spread.
