Heritage: Warka — a Polish town south of Warsaw — has held brewers' rights since 1478, giving the modern brewery one of the country's longest brewing pedigrees. The Two Malts expression uses two different barley malts in the grist, producing fuller body than the brewery's standard pale lager while maintaining the crisp Polish-lager profile.
Tasting notes: Bright gold with a thick white head. Soft malt complexity on the nose with a balanced hop edge. Full, rounded palate; clean balanced finish.
Pairing: Serve cold. Classic with pierogi, golabki, bigos, smoked sausage, or hearty Polish stews.
