Rubin Melodija Tamjanika Chardonnay — a Serbian aromatic white blending indigenous Tamjanika with Chardonnay. Floral Muscat character meets crisp Burgundy structure.
Heritage: Rubin AD has been making wine in Kruševac since 1955. Tamjanika — the Serbian name for the aromatic Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains variety — has been cultivated in the central Balkans for centuries; pairing it with Chardonnay gives the blend both perfume and structure.
Tasting notes: Pale straw color. Lifted floral and Muscat aromatics with a green-apple lift from the Chardonnay. Light-bodied palate with crisp acidity and a long, aromatic finish.
Pairing: Serve well chilled. Excellent with light appetizer spreads, fresh cheese, white meat, or sweet-edged desserts.
Pack: 750ml glass bottle. Store upright in a cool, dark place; drink young.
