In Bavaria, Weisswurst is the late-morning sausage, eaten before noon with sweet mustard and a pretzel. Meica Weisswurst are German white veal-and-pork sausages in a 345 g (12.2 oz) jar, made in Germany. Heat them gently in hot, not boiling, water for about ten minutes and peel before eating. Back home they go with Löwensenf German Mustard and Croco Brezel, on our shelf as well.
