Heritage: Quadratini is Loacker's bite-size wafer line — the small square format that turned the brand from a regional alpine confectioner into a global wafer name. Baked on the Renon plateau in the Italian Dolomites since the Loacker family moved production there in 1974. The original Bolzano pastry shop opened 1925.
