The smell of a cheese burek fresh from the oven is the smell of a Bosnian bakery on any given morning. Kraljic Family's Bujrum burek is filled with cheese and rolled in filo dough, following a traditional Bosnian recipe, frozen and packed at 400g (14.1oz). Bake from frozen at 200°C for 5-7 minutes, or microwave at 750W for 3-4 minutes. Back home it's eaten with a spoon of kajmak on top and a strong Turkish coffee alongside.
