Jacobs Monarch is the name that simply means coffee in a Ukrainian kitchen - the vacuum brick with the aroma valve, squeezed once on opening so the smell comes out before the coffee does. Jacobs Monarch Classic is a roasted ground arabica and robusta blend in a 230 g (8.1 oz) vacuum pack, with the country of manufacture given as Germany and JDE Ukraine named as importer. Use roughly 6 g per cup in a pot or filter, and squeeze the pack before you open it. Goes with a slice of Marlenka honey cake in the afternoon.
