This Vranac comes from Vinarija Čitluk, a winery whose medallion traces its roots back to 1353, made as a quality dry red wine in Bosnia and Herzegovina, bottled at 750ml (25.4 fl oz). Uncork it 20 to 30 minutes before serving and pour at room temperature. It's the wine to set out next to a plate of ćevapi, the way it's done back home.
