Rubin Three Moravas Sauvignon Blanc 2022 — a Serbian Sauvignon Blanc from the Three Moravas region around Kruševac. Crisp green apple, citrus zest, and a herbaceous edge.
Heritage: The Three Moravas — Western, Southern, and the combined Velika Morava — define the heartland of central Serbia, including the Kruševac area where Rubin AD has been making wine since 1955. Sauvignon Blanc is one of the international varieties Rubin works with alongside Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Tasting notes: Pale straw with green hints. Crisp green apple, citrus zest, and a subtle herbaceous note. Light-bodied palate with vibrant acidity and a clean finish.
Pairing: Serve well chilled. Excellent with seafood, fresh salads, goat cheese, or as an aperitif on a warm afternoon.
