Vinarija Dingač Plavac Dry Red, Croatian Wine 750ml (25.4fl oz)
Vinarija Dingač Plavac — a Croatian dry red from the legendary Dingač appellation on the Pelješac peninsula, the most famous Plavac Mali designation in Dalmatia. Robust, structured, and unmistakably Dingač.
Heritage: Dingač is Croatia's most famous protected wine appellation, designating Plavac Mali grown on the steepest, most sun-drenched slopes of the Pelješac peninsula between Split and Dubrovnik. The combination of stony soils, southern exposure, and Adriatic maritime influence yields some of Croatia's most concentrated reds.
Tasting notes: Deep ruby color. Robust dark fruit on the nose with Mediterranean herbs and a touch of Adriatic salinity. Full-bodied palate with structured tannins and a long, complex finish.
Pairing: Decant for an hour before serving at cellar temperature. Classic with grilled lamb, pašticada, peka-roasted veal, aged Paški sir, or Slavonian kulen.
Pack: 750ml glass bottle. Store on its side in a cool, dark place.
