Varancha Reserve White — a semi-dry Eastern European white blending Romanian Fetească Albă with Chardonnay. Stone-fruit and citrus aromatics with a soft, light-bodied palate.
Heritage: The Fetească family of grapes — Albă, Regală, Neagră — is shared across Romanian and Moldovan wine traditions, cultivated for centuries on the slopes around the Carpathians and toward the Black Sea coast.
Tasting notes: Pale straw color. Charming fruit aromas with notes of mint, citrus, and a faint flint mineral edge. Medium-bodied palate with good texture and a bitter-almond finish.
Pairing: Serve chilled. Excellent with grilled fish, white meats, sheep's-milk cheese, or fresh salad.
Pack: 750ml glass bottle. Store upright in a cool, dark place; drink young.
