Solana Pag Coarse Sea Salt, Croatian 1kg (2.2lb)
Pag Island sea salt — Europe's oldest continuous saltworks, coarse grain. Solana Pag has harvested Adriatic salt on Pag Island since 999 AD — the small grain for finishing meat, the mineral-bright coarse flake the Croatian Sunday roast deserves. Crush into a marinade rub for grilled lamb, scatter on roasted potatoes, finish a tomato-and-onion salad. The kilo bag the household refills the grinder from.
