Riscossa Lasagna Riccia, Italian Pasta 500g (1.1lb)
Riscossa Lasagna Riccia — Italian Piedmont curly-edge lasagna sheet. Riscossa's Piedmont pasta house presses the curly-edge lasagna riccia — the wave-edge sheet calibrated to grip béchamel and ragù across every layer of the Sunday-bake. Layer with slow ragù, béchamel, and grated parmigiano for the family lasagna, build the Croatian-coast lasagne with pašticada-meat ragù, or assemble a vegetable lasagna with spinach and ricotta for the diaspora Italian Sunday lunch.
