Made by Mondelez France in Cestas under the Milka brand (running since 1901), these biscuits are partially coated in 48% milk chocolate over a wheat-flour base with cocoa butter, milk powder, and hazelnut paste, in a 150g (5.3oz) pack; they contain wheat, milk, hazelnut, and soy. Eat them straight from the pack. Pair them with a small cup of Turkish coffee for the classic afternoon break.
