Lasta Coffee Cream Sticks, Bosnian Wafers 200g (7oz)
These are the wafer sticks waiting on the table whenever the coffee gets poured, the treat a Bosnian grandmother breaks out the second guests sit down. Lasta, baking in Bosnia and Herzegovina since 1980, fills these wafer sticks with a milk and coffee cream, 200g (7oz) to a pack. Eat them straight from the pack, or dip one end into your cup as it's done back home. Serve them next to a cup of Turkish coffee, the pairing that's been running in Bosnian kitchens for generations.
