Kucharek White Borscht Soup Mix 40g (1.4oz)
Kucharek White Borscht — Polish Żurek-tradition sour rye soup in the packet pour. The dried Polish sour-soup base the Kucharek pantry line keeps for the diaspora kitchen — sour rye-fermented broth scented with marjoram and garlic, ready for the Easter Saturday morning bowl. Simmer in water with diced potato and white sausage, finish with hard-boiled egg and a swirl of sour cream, or ladle over kiełbasa for the Polish-American Wielkanoc breakfast the household builds around the żurek bowl.
