Kraš of Zagreb, Croatia makes these herbal toffees from sugar, condensed milk, glucose syrup, and a touch of liquorice extract (0.15%) with natural anise and menthol flavouring, 100g (3.5oz); contains milk and egg, may contain wheat. Let one dissolve slowly rather than chewing it. Keep a tin next to the Turkish coffee for the same reason your baba always did.
