Jadro is the ribbed wafer with cream that every Croatian and Bosnian child fished out of the biscuit tin at grandma's. Kraš Jadro Original is a cream-filled wafer biscuit, 190 g (6.7 oz), made by Kraš of Zagreb, with vanilla and toffee cream between the wafer layers (may contain hazelnuts, peanuts and soy per the maker's page). Open the pack and serve with coffee, or crumble it over ice cream. It goes with Grand Kafa Gold Ground Coffee the way it is served after lunch back home.
