Quince rakija is the bottle that comes out at the end of a big meal, poured for guests just before they head out the door. Gazdina's version is a quince brandy made by Prijedorčanka a.d. in Prijedor, Bosnia and Herzegovina, bottled at 750ml (25.4 fl oz). Pour a small glass and sip it slowly, neat, at room temperature. It closes out a meal the same way a plate of ćevapi opens one.
