Gazdina Plum Brandy Šljivovica, Bosnian Rakija 750ml (25.4fl oz)
The first shot of šljivovica poured before a meal back home is as much a ritual as the meal itself. This is Gazdina's Plum Brandy (Šljivovica), made by Prijedorčanka a.d. in Prijedor, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Serve neat as a toast, chilled or at room temperature. Pour it alongside ćevapi for the first toast of the meal, the way it's done back home.
